Oh, and I should probably mention that I emailed Denon with my initial problems shortly after purchase, and a month later got an auto-generated response saying to read the FAQ. Then after repeating that several times with each of them they eventually decided to stay connected without the wire.ĭoes anyone actually have a positive experience with HEOS software? If the only way I can connect is through the Spotify app then I may as well have just bought bluetooth adapters for my speakers.

They both detected my WiFi network, then timed out trying to connect, so I had to connect via a wired connection to update the Wifi information. When I first bought the two Links, neither of them were able to connect using the built-in WiFi connection.The solution to this is to just try again 3 or 4 times and eventually it works.
